Yes, that’s totally normal at this age. We have multiple coaches on the floor to help guide the kids, give one-on-one support, and keep things fun and engaging. Our team is experienced with young kids and understands how to manage energy and attention.
Yes. We run fun ninja courses that include balance blocks, agility obstacles, kicking dummies, and plenty of exciting games. These are designed to build coordination, movement skills, and confidence in a way that feels like play.
Kids wear a black Little Dragons t-shirt and black Muay Thai shorts. As they earn badges and progress, they sew them onto their uniform with pride. Once they move into higher levels, they’ll also need a small pair of boxing gloves — we have quality kids' gloves available at the front desk in our shop.
Yes. We welcome parents to stay and watch, especially in the early classes. Your support helps kids feel more comfortable and confident as they settle in.
All kinds of kids. Whether they’re shy, energetic, or need help with coordination and focus, this program gives them a fun outlet to grow. It is especially helpful for kids with ADHD or those on the autism spectrum because it supports motor skills, concentration, and social interaction. The class builds confidence, respect, and listening skills in a positive, structured environment.
